Announcement!
Institute for Advanced Studies at New Uzbekistan University announces admission for the year 2026 to its basic doctoral (PhD), doctoral (DSc) programs in the approved specialties.
Applicants for trainee researcher and basic doctoral (PhD) programs are required to submit the following documents:
1. Short biographical information (CV).
2. A certified copy of the employment record book (for employed applicants).
3. A copy of the master’s diploma or higher education diploma (for specialty programs).
4. A list of published scientific works and their copies (at least 1 article and 2 theses).
5. A copy of the Presidential Scholarship certificate of the Republic of Uzbekistan (if available).
6. A foreign language proficiency certificate (for PhD applicants, see https://lex.uz/docs/-6943986).
Applicants for doctoral studies (DSc) are required to submit the following documents:
1. Short biographical information (CV).
2. A certified copy of the employment record book (for employed applicants).
3. A copy of the diploma confirming a higher education degree, Candidate of Sciences (PhD), or an equivalent foreign scientific degree.
4. A scientific report on the research topic and a detailed draft of the doctoral dissertation plan prepared for obtaining the Doctor of Science (DSc) degree.
5. A list of published scientific works and their copies (at least 3 articles and 2 theses).
6. A foreign language proficiency certificate (https://lex.uz/docs/-6943986).

All documents are prepared in PDF format and sent via the website daraja.ilmiy.uz.
